Sigarette-dolci are delicious Italian pastries are made from a traditional Sicilian recipe. They’re made of a buttery, fried, and flaky pastry that’s rolled into a cigar shape and then filled with a zingy lemon-flavoured filling. The name "sigarette" refers to their long, thin shape resembling a cigarette!
Ingredients:
Lemon flavour cream 62% [sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), modified starch (corn), LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; flavourings, colour: beta-carotene]. Pastry: WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, coconut, rapeseed in variable proportion), BUTTER (5%), EGG white, WHEAT starch, salt, natural flavouring, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
