What are your delivery and collection options?

We offer Click + Collect from our Ashbourne deli and courier delivery on eligible orders. Choose your preferred option during standard checkout. Available options and charges are shown before payment.

How much is courier delivery?

Our standard courier delivery rates start at £7.99, with Saturday delivery starting at £17.99.

These are our base delivery rates and apply to orders within our standard weight limit. Heavier or larger orders may incur additional delivery charges.

The final delivery cost will be calculated based on your order and displayed at checkout before payment.

Where do I collect my order?

Click + Collect orders are collected from The Cheddar Gorge, 9 Dig Street, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1GF.

How should I store my cheese?

Keep your cheese refrigerated and follow the storage instructions on its product page or packaging. For the best flavour, some cheeses can be brought towards room temperature before serving; follow the product guidance.

Can I choose how much cheese to buy?

Many of our cheeses are available in different weight options. Check the individual product page for current sizes and prices. Cut-to-order weights may vary slightly according to the product description.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

Ingredients and allergens vary by product. Please read the relevant product information and packaging carefully and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement. Do not assume a product is free from allergens unless confirmed.

Do you sell vegetarian or unpasteurised cheese?

Can I amend or cancel an order?

Please contact the shop as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change your order. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on its preparation and dispatch status.
