William Di Carlo Soft Italian Nougat
There is nougat as hard as cliffs of Blackpool Rock.
But, in 1833, in the valley where the Roman poet Ovid had written The Art of Love centuries before, William’s great-grandparents fell in love and, while speaking of their love, made candies for all couples who decided to marry.
Today, William continues the family tradition, and here we present his Torrone, soft nougat not only for the soft-hearted for its soft heart runs through and through.
