I am a crumbly, salty cheese made by our friends in Hartington. I’m described as having similarities to Cheshire, White Stilton, and Feta. I’ve been matured for only two weeks, and thus taste young, fresh and clean.

Due to exceptionally high levels of demand it may be necessary to substitute a product to ensure you order is dispatched promptly.
