Sparkenhoe Shropshire Blue
This blue cheese is made with unpasteurised milk and coloured with annatto. It has a light blue veining and a buttery mellow blue flavour making it a great gateway blue! It’s made on a Leicestershire farm (by the celebrated makers of Sparkenhoe Red Leicester) where they use the milk produced from their own cows.
