Cremoso Pistachio is a spoon-serve Gorgonzola cheese that oozes luxury. An extremely creamy and smooth 90-day Gorgonzola is combined with Sicilian green pistachios. The base is mixed with pistachio cream then coated with the bright green pistachio nuts. The gentle blue flavour blends with pistachio to form an exceptional cheese that almost borders a desert, an irresistible palate experience.
It is recommended to pair this cheese with raspberries and strawberries, citrus flavours and spices like cardamom. In savoury context, it can be enjoyed with olives and sundried tomatoes. Spread on pasties or dolloped on dessert, this cheese can transform sweet dishes too.
