Loison’s renowned rendition of traditional Italian artisanal panettone - oranges from Sicily and citron from Calabria alongside raisins to craft a fruitful flavour.
Using butter, eggs and cream from Italy’s mountain farms, the sourdough fermentation forms a 72-hour process to produce delightfully light sweet bread.
