This hard cheese is made in Northumberland and has a balanced, salty flavour with caramel notes. Like quality cheddars, Doddington has an occasional crunch thanks to crystallisation, giving it that beautiful bite. It’s a unique addition to a cheeseboard and pairs well with fruity chutneys.
