The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on the 25th of May 2018 and requires that we explain the personal data we collect and store and how we use this data, how long it is kept, how secure it is and how you can access it or request access and/or removal of the data.

When you place an order with us, we require your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to process your order. This data is stored securely and is accessible for review and editing at any time by emailing us.

We only use your data for arranging carriage of the ordered goods and for our company invoices, we will not contact you for marketing reasons or sell/share your information to a third party unless required for carriage of your order. In certain circumstances, we may contact you regarding your open order or if there is a problem with delivery for example.

In addition to storing your data on our website, we also retain your details on our secure accounting system. This data is stored for 7 years as required for tax purposes.

When getting in touch with us via our contact form through the website, personal data is not stored at this point. Also, nothing on our website relating to the use of cookies is permanently stored in a cookie.
